Ingredients

Servings: 4

2 cup blanced French green beans
1 oz crushed Roasted peanuts
3 tsp Sugar
3 tbsp (2 limes) Lime juice
2 tbsp (optional) Tamarind paste
8 pepper minced Red hot chilis (Thai)
8 cloves Garlic
8 whole quartered Tomatoes
2 grams (optional) Dried shrimp

Preparation

1

Blanch the green beans by boiling them for just a minute or two, and then drain them and let them cool.

2

Stir together the lime juice and sugar. It's usually better to set it aside for a few minutes or more to give the juice time to dissolve the sugar. Stir in the tamarind sauce, chilies and garlic.

3

Pour the dressing over the beans and stir to mix lightly, then pour the mixture onto a serving dish.

4

Sprinkle the cherry tomatoes, crushed peanuts and optional dried shrimp over the top.
