This sauce was created to go with Korean Grilled Beef but would go well with most any beef dish.
Ingredients
Servings: 4
| 2 | tbsp chopped | Red hot chilis (Thai) |
| 1 | tbsp chopped | Coriander Roots |
| 6 | tsp chopped | Garlic |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | tbsp | Sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | Pickled garlic juice |
Preparation
- Put the garlic juice, sugar and salt in a bowl and stir together. Microwave the mixture until it comes to a boil. Remove it from the oven and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
