Spicy Dipping Sauce

This sauce was created to go with Korean Grilled Beef but would go well with most any beef dish.


Servings: 4

2 tbsp chopped Red hot chilis (Thai)
1 tbsp chopped Coriander Roots
6 tsp chopped Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 cup Pickled garlic juice


  1. Put the garlic juice, sugar and salt in a bowl and stir together. Microwave the mixture until it comes to a boil. Remove it from the oven and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
